Dear Western Toledo Spring Meadows Families,
I hope you and your family are having a wonderful summer! We have been hard at work preparing for an exciting new school year, and we can't wait to welcome everyone back. Below are several upcoming events that we hope you and your family will join us for.
Gaming Club – July 20–24
Our Gaming Club will be held July 20–24 from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. This event is open to all current Western Toledo Spring Meadows students, as well as any students entering grades K–8. It's a great opportunity to have fun, meet new friends, and experience everything our school has to offer.
Visit Us at the Toledo Zoo – July 20
On July 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., our staff will be at the Toledo Zoo meeting prospective families and sharing the many great things happening at Western Toledo Spring Meadows. If you're visiting the zoo that day, please stop by and say hello! We'd also appreciate you sharing your positive experiences with families who may be looking for a great school for their children.
Open House – July 21
Our Open House will be held on July 21 from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
This is one of our most important events before the school year begins. Families will have the opportunity to:
- Meet your child's teacher
- Visit classrooms
- Enjoy food and games
- Speak with our transportation company and have your bus questions answered
- Enter to win great prizes
We encourage every family to attend and invite friends, neighbors, and relatives with children in grades K–8 who may be looking for an outstanding school. We would love the opportunity to welcome them to the Western Toledo Spring Meadows family.
Movie Night – July 28
Join us for a fun Movie Night on July 28 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This event is open to all children in grades K–8. Bring your friends and family for an evening of fun with our school community.
Back-to-School Bash – August 10
Our Back-to-School Bash will be held on August 10 from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. This is another great opportunity to celebrate the start of the school year, connect with our school community, and get excited for an amazing year ahead. We hope to see all of our families there!
Exciting Things Are Happening at Spring Meadows!
We are excited to share that our Technology Room has been completely updated! Students will enjoy:
- More gaming opportunities
- Additional large-screen TVs
- New 3D printers
- Hands-on STEM activities
- And so much more!
Our goal is to provide students with engaging learning experiences that prepare them for the future while making school an exciting place to learn each day.
Western Toledo Spring Meadows continues to grow and improve, and we are proud of everything happening in our building. We are working hard to make our school one of the best places for students to learn, grow, and succeed.
Help Us Grow Our School!
We are currently enrolling new students in grades K–8 and would greatly appreciate your help spreading the word. If you know a family looking for a safe, caring, and engaging school where students are challenged and supported, please encourage them to visit us, attend one of our events, or contact our office.
There has never been a better time to become part of the Western Toledo Spring Meadows family. We are excited about the future of our school and want others to see just how amazing Spring Meadows has become!
Thank you for your continued support and partnership. Enjoy the rest of your summer, and we look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events!
Sincerely,
